What forms of payment does TheBreakLA.com accept?
The Break accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Does The Break ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and Handling cost will be made calculated at checkout and will vary depending on where your order is being shipped and the type of shipping chosen (if there is a choice).
What shipping options am I looking at?
For orders within the United States, UPS Ground will typically take 1-5 business days depending on how closely located you are to LA. For expedited delivery, check out our other UPS shipping options, if available. It’ll cost you a bit more, but if you’re in a bind you’ll still have your shorts on time.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
The Break does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Expedited orders will ship the following business day. Allow us 1-3 business days for processing of orders placed with ground shipping. The day of pick up does not count as a day in the shipping time.
We’ll keep you up to date via email on the status of your order as it processes and ships, and provide you with a tracking number if available.
What is your exchange/return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 14 days from the original ship date to return the UNWORN ITEMS for a refund or exchange (if inventory is available). The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to The Break. If you request to exchange an item, we will pay to ship any goods we send back out to you. If you request for a refund you will be refunded the full amount for the goods (shipping and handling costs will not be refunded).
You will need to complete a return form, which includes detailed return instructions. You can download the return form (here).
Please download and include the completed form along with all merchandise in the original packaging to the address listed below. You will get a confirmation email when your return/exchange is processed.

Return via USPS Priority Mail – repack your shorts and take them to your nearest post office. Have them sent using an appropriate shipping option.
Return via UPS Ground – repack your shorts and take them to your nearest UPS store. They’ll be happy to help you pick a shipping option to get your return goin’.
Whichever option you go with, don’t forget to include your packing slip, any original packaging, and you return form you can download (here).

In order for us to process your return or exchange you should make sure that your order complies with the following:
- The shorts are unworn.
- The shorts must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received.
- The shorts must be delivered to the return address given within 14 days from the original ship date sent with completed return form, including your name, address, and phone number.
If these terms are met, The Break will refund the cost of your items minus the initial delivery cost. Please note it may take up to a week to process a refund or exchange. In the case of an authorized return, the amount paid will be refunded including shipping.
